Arsham Aluminum Alloys , AAA, is a division of Arsham Metal Industries,
Inc. The Arsham family has been in the recycling business since 1971, when they opened the first wire chopping operation in
Houston, Texas. In 1994, they saw a need in Texas for converting scrap aluminum into specification aluminum alloys. With their
proximity to the Texas/Mexico border and the creation of NAFTA, the company was a perfect fit for supplying Mexico based
diecasters with the aluminum alloy they required. Since this time, the aluminum alloy division has been steadily growing and
in 2005 the company was awarded the "Small Business Exporter of the Year" award by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
In 2007, AMI decided to expand its aluminum alloy division by adding a second rotary furnace to its processing line.
With this state-of-the-art equipment, AAA will increase its production capacity to
7,000,000 pounds per month. AAA will continue to provide casting alloys to diecasters
around the world but will also be able to provide aluminum rolling mills and foundries with alloys such as 2000, 3000, 5000,
6000 and 7000 series aluminum alloys.
We will continue to manufacture aluminum for our own account by buying scrap
outright and selling alloy to consumers. We will also welcome the opportunity to Process/Toll for you.
